Tiffany and The Great Gatsby
A lot of buzz has been surfacing lately regarding the remake of The Great Gatsby. I am a Fitzgerald fan myself, and simply love the way he portrayed the life of the people in the 1920's, and so I am quite excited to see characters like Leonardo DiCaprio and Carey Mulligan playing Daisy and Gastby. There is just something about the 1920's style that I simply adore, and so you can imagine my excitement when I heard of Tiffany & Co. announcing that they will provide all the jewels for The Great Gatsby. The headpieces, the bracelets, the rings all decked out in diamonds and pearls in the classic 1920's style to be worn with the matching breathtaking 20's outfits. The production designer Catherine Martin personally approached Tiffany & Co. to be involved in the making of this movie. What better way for Tiffany to portray their artistic pieces than at the center of the lavish parties of the rich and famous? So while sitting watching the movie, which will launch soon, be sure to focus on the added sparkle to the outfits, because Tiffany's is bound to have our jaws dropping.
