10 Secrets to Wear Heels Without Pain
How to stop feet hurting in heels? We can all admit that heels are extremely painful, even high heel queens say they're painful. However, we have to stay hopeful that they are ways to reduce or help the pain. So, how to wear heels comfortably? Well, comfort might be too hopeful but these high heels tricks could help you wear high heels without pain, or with less pain.
1. Are you wearing the right size?
The first and most important thing to take care of, is your shoe size. If your heels are too small, they will hurt! Be sure to pick the right shoe size to try and prevent any pain.

These are basically soft, or even gel-like shoe insoles that you can put in your heels before wearing them. They will give your feet a cushioned surface to prevent pain when wearing your heels.
3. If you can't find these try pads
If you can't find them you can actually try this with Sanitary Pads. Crop them into the right size and shape of the heels and stick them on to give that cushioned surface.

6. Try to take breaks
While it maybe tempting to just dance the night away in your heels, you must remember to take breaks. Be sure to take breaks from the very beginning of the night, not when you are already in a lot of pain, as it is much harder to recover then. You can also take them off whenever you can, in the car, under the table and so on...
7. Avoid blisters with band aids.
Always, always, always, keep band aids in your handbag when wearing heels. Better yet, if you think your heels can cause you some blisters, than put on some band aids around your ankle or toe beforehand. Blisters and heel pain are too much to handle, so try and control them.

8. Massage and stretch
This tip is super important, especially for the ladies who wear heels every day. You must massage and stretch your feet and toes after a long night of wearing heels, so your feet can relax and you can prepare them to wear heels again, if you're going to be the next day.
9. Break them in at home
You know how they always say it's important to break your new shoes in before wearing them out. If you want to avoid too much pain on the night you're going to be wearing them, try wearing them at home first as practice every now and then so they can get less hard and take the shape of your feet.
10. Go for heels that are not too steep
The steeper your feet sit, the more painful they are. If you still want height, but with less steepness, go for heels like this one below, where the front part is also high, like platforms. It can give better support and hopefully less pain.
