Surprisingly we all do have well defined abs, the problem is it’s all covered with fats. You can always improve your waistline even if you weren’t able to get a flat tummy. These are few secrets of how to get the perfect abs:
If crunches don’t work, try something new!
Target different muscles in your belly and explore. Get a regular cardio or other exercises that will fully involve action in your entire waistline to suck it in with stronger muscles. Sit ups and leg lifts can help you accomplish that.
Eat smaller meals a day.
Well you don’t actually need to massively change your diet, all you need is to eat smaller portions and stick to this routine. Switching to some healthy habits will help you drop some pounds that get concentrated in your belly fat and all over your body. Eating 5-6 small meals per day requires that you eat every 2-3 hours. This will also encourage you to eat wide range of different balanced food as well as maintain consistent blood sugar levels.
Drink a massive glass of water before sitting on the table and having your meal. This will keep your stomach full and will make you eat less as well. It will also make your skin look clearer and of course healthier.
Dance Dance Dance...
Shake it and practice some belly dancing at home! Make a commitment to have at least 30 minutes of dancing per day. Moves that involve major legs and hips muscles will burn calories and bust waist best. Never say you’re “too old” or “not fit” for belly dancing! Belly dancing is for every woman. Move your curves!
Eat food that will slim your waistline like the ones with high grains and full of extra fibers. The bacteria in low fat yoghurt will keep your digestive system healthy and with lower gas, which will make your tummy look flat. Apples also contain massive amounts of fibers and with 85% water that can keep your tummy full for a long time. Fish like salmon and tuna won’t only enhance your metabolism but will also slow digestion and prevent cravings!
Have a plan!
Cut out on too much salt, no soda, split meals, and eat slowly. Do cardio everyday and stick to the plan of mini-meals per day.
Get some sleep...
Finally aim for 7 to 9 hours of sleep every night. Most of us don’t get enough sleep, so try to head to bed an hour early every day. This will help to release the stress out and keep your muscles relaxed.
In order to get killer abs, you have to have a consistent routine and stick to it.
