This is one of the fastest Do-It-Yourself projects I have ever done.  What you need: Glue gun, 1m nude ribbon, 40cm of tortoiseshell chain, normal fabric scissors, zig zag fabric scissors.   1. These are great for making over last season's tired accessories with Spring/Summer 2012's neon preoccupation. HOW TO: You'll need clear artists varnish, neon spray paint and old earrings.
