So I have a new theory! Ditch the no makeup makeup look and focus on the lips. Putting some makeup on everyday before you head out to work can't possibly be good for the face. And yet, you don't want to look dull and pale as you head out to a breakfast or a morning meeting. My solution to my new theory is tinted lip balms, they are not makeup, so you can apply them as many times as you want.
Nourish your lips and also give it a good, not so subtle color. The pop of color to your lips will instantly give your pale face a bright shine. Search for a tinted lip balm that is long wearing, conditions your lips and comes in a variety of shades. Try it out, don't go for blush and eyeliner, just add some color to your lips with a tinted lip balm and head out, it will make a huge difference. Here are a few of my favorite tinted lip balms that will do the trick. Just be sure to pick a shade that goes well with your skin tone.
