One Wig Stand is a breast cancer awareness group based in Beirut, Lebanon that shares the stories of women diagnosed with breast cancer through the wigs they wear during chemotherapy. Inspired by a traveling wig stand that goes from home to home, One Wig Stand shares the intimate stories of survivors and how they overcame cancer to inspire other women going through the same thing. One Wig Stand also organizes several on the-ground awareness campaigns for young women, focusing on the importance of early detection through creative initiatives.
